I’m not sure how it is December already. It crept up on me this year. This week it’s time to ease back into work and start my Christmas shopping (I didn’t get an early start this year).
I can’t start the new month without a look at my debt progress from November. I was able to make larger repayments this month with a total change of $1,046. This includes finally paying off my car loan. Hooray!!
It looks like I may not make my yearly debt repayment goal by the end of the year. However, I hope to finish with a strong December and keep the below graph moving in the right direction. This visual keeps me motivated each month to keep at goals, to keep the decreasing trend going. I still cannot believe that a little over two years ago I had $51K in debt (I started my mint.com chart around the $43K mark).
If you would like to see where my debt started and why I want it gone check out my Debt page.
